Catherine Guy is a partner in ByrneWallace. She was Managing Partner of the firm from June 2012 - June 2018 with overall responsibility for client relationships, the management and direction of strategy, finance, corporate governance, business planning and development, stakeholder engagement and overall responsibility for the operational functions of the firm.
Catherine led the development of the ByrneWallace Client Relationship Programme and has extensive experience in the management of large groups of stakeholders, the roll-out of large projects, change management, political factors and issues relating to structures and governance with which she is involved as Client Relationship Partner.
Catherine is a commercial real estate development specialist. She previously headed up the ByrneWallace Property Department and has a strong track record in large scale commercial development projects. Catherine works with a wide range of clients advising on all aspects of property acquisition and development including support on commercial negotiation, pre-contract due diligence, contract negotiation and drafting, structuring and project funding.
Catherine has strong management and communications skills. She holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
