Donal is a partner in the Banking and Finance team. He specialises in the area of domestic and international finance transactions including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans and debt restructuring.
Donal has niche expertise in fund finance including lending into QIAIF and other fund structures, particularly in the context of capital call and NAV facilities.
Donal acts for a range of domestic and international financial institutions and a wide range of corporate borrowers. Donal is a lecturer for the Law Society’s Diploma in Financial Law.
