Jim Moran is a former Managing Partner and partner at ByrneWallace LLP. In the early 1980s, he acted as In-House Counsel with the former ICC Bank plc where he was primarily involved in advising on bank funding of property development, property investment and corporate finance transactions, as well as insolvency law. Jim subsequently specialised in the area of commercial and residential property development, and planning law and has advised some of the leading Irish property developers in relation to all aspects of residential, commercial and mixed-use development schemes. 

In recent years, Jim has advised in the area of dispute resolution. He is a CEDR qualified Mediator, and has acted as a Mediator of commercial disputes, and has advised parties involved in the mediation of disputes.
