Orla Riddell is a Tax Partner at ByrneWallace LLP specialising in corporation tax and working across a broad range of sectors.

Orla is a dual qualified solicitor and tax advisor. She has several years experience working within a Big 4 practice advising clients on all aspects of taxation law, with a particular expertise on clients in the technology, pharmaceutical and retail sector. 

Orla has also previously led the tax function of a large multinational retailer in Ireland covering all aspects of Irish tax, including corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT and property transactions. Having worked in industry, Orla is very familiar with the commercial and operation challenges that face her clients from a tax perspective.

• Financing structures including the use and treatment of interest from a tax perspective

• Supporting clients in correspondence with Revenue to include Revenue audits, applications and disputes
  
• Initiating appeals process for clients and supporting them with the TAC (Tax Appeals Commission) Process
