ByrneWallace appoints new Corporate partner

ByrneWallace is pleased to announce that Sharon McCaffrey has joined the firm as partner in our Corporate practice.

Sharon advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, and specialises primarily in mergers and acquisitions, international corporate transactions, private equity fundraising and investments. In particular, she has significant experience advising on inward investment projects, corporate re-organisations and cross border mergers.  Sharon's clients span a range of business sectors and include leading Irish and international businesses.
