ByrneWallace wins European award for service excellence

We are pleased to announce that ByrneWallace has won the “Ireland Client Service Award 2017” at the Chambers Europe Awards, held in London on Friday 7 April, recognising ByrneWallace as Ireland’s leader in delivering service excellence.
The Awards are presented annually and honour outstanding European law firms for their pre-eminence in key practice areas and their achievements over the last 12 months, including notable work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service. The research is also based on the feedback and recommendations made by clients in Ireland and internationally.
At the Awards, ByrneWallace was commended for the quality of the firm’s legal advice and its dedication to delivering the highest standards of client service. One client interviewed as part of the research remarked that, “First of all, the quality is excellent, and they have given a strong performance and good advice; secondly, they are pragmatic in the way they approach things; and thirdly, they are extraordinarily hard-working."

ByrneWallace has previously been honoured for its excellence in service delivery. In 2016, the firm won Ireland Law Firm of the Year at the Irish Law Awards, and two international Client Choice Awards. ByrneWallace is also the only large law firm in Ireland certified with Lexcel - the quality mark of excellence in practice management, risk and client care - which is an accolade the firm has retained on foot of annual independent audits for five consecutive years.
Earlier this month, ByrneWallace was also shortlisted for the Excellence in Client Service Award 2017 by the Irish Law Awards and named a finalist in four of its other award categories - Law Firm Innovation, Employment Law Team of the Year, Property Team of the Year, and Banking & Finance/Restructuring & Insolvency Team of the Year. The Irish Law Awards will be announced on 12 May in Dublin. ByrneWallace was also previously honoured at these Awards winning Employment Team of the Year 2012 and 2015, and Litigation Case of the Year 2014.
On Friday night in London at the Chambers Europe Awards, ByrneWallace was also shortlisted for Ireland Law Firm of the Year 2017.
