ByrneWallace draft proposal on Life Sciences for the Governement

Tuesday, 26 June 2018

ByrneWallace is part of a panel of legal experts who have drafted proposals aimed at increasing the amount of international legal dispute resolution work in Ireland in the wake of Brexit. The proposals are currently being reviewed by the Irish Government.

Backed by the Minister for Justice, Charlie Flanagan, the initiative is aimed at promoting Ireland as a jurisdiction of choice for international companies and other organisations seeking to settle disputes.

ByrneWallace was instrumental in developing the proposal for Life Sciences, highlighting how this area of law would be affected by Brexit, and how Ireland could leverage its position to generate work in that area.
