ByrneWallace LLP is very pleased to have advised on 3 of this year’s award winning deals in the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year 2024

Presented annually, the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards recognise the best in class of Irish corporate finance transactions and the leading deal makers and professional services firms in that space . This year over 220 deals, which were completed during 2023, were nominated across five award categories – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A); Debt Capital Markets; Equity Capital Markets; Loans & Financing, and Financial Services. 

The award winning deals which ByrneWallace LLP advised on were in the Mergers & Acquisitions categories: 

  • Mail Metrics acquisition of Docket and Form International;
  • Melior Equity Partners' investment in NRG Panel Ireland; and
  • Select Technology Group's acquisition of DID Electrical
