ByrneWallace LLP Launch their Housing Infrastructure & Planning Convention

ByrneWallace LLP in association with Property Industry Ireland, are hosting our annual ByrneWallace LLP Housing Infrastructure & Planning Convention in the Aviva Stadium on Thursday, 26 September 2024 from 8.00am-12.30pm.
The event brings together key industry leaders, stakeholders and expert representatives from both private and public sectors, as well as funders, investors and developers to consider how current infrastructure limitations hamper housing development, and assess the degree to which housing delivery rates and plans for infrastructure development impact on inward investment competitiveness.
It will also examine the likely effect of the current Planning and Development Bill, and consider the macro financial environment and the prospects of attracting the level of capital inflows necessary to fund the increased development activity.
Keynote Speaker and Guest of Honour is Minister for Finance, Jack Chambers T.D.
