Ireland’s top software companies shortlisted for Technology Ireland Software Awards

ByrneWallace is pleased to congratulate the 36 organisations who have been shortlisted for the Technology Ireland Software Industry Awards 2017.

This year, over 65 tech companies and organisations from across Ireland entered the Awards, which are sponsored by ByrneWallace alongside Bank of Ireland, IDA Ireland and Enterprise Ireland. 

Following publication of shortlisted entries, all companies will present to eight independent panels of judges, composed of CEOs and founders of successful Irish software and digital technology companies. The winners will be announced at the annual Awards Dinner on 24 November in the Mansion House, Dublin. The keynote speaker is Barry Lowry, Government CIO, and MC for the evening is Darragh Maloney, Sports Broadcaster.

Director of Technology Ireland Paul Sweetman said: “The software and digital technology sector in Ireland is thriving. Year-on-year, stellar companies are entering the Awards and 2017 is no exception. More than 65 tech companies and organisations from across Ireland entered this year’s awards and it is the tireless efforts of all in these companies that bring Ireland to the fore of the global technology sector.”

The award categories include: Technology Ireland Company of the Year; Emerging Company of the Year; Technology Innovation of the Year; Outstanding Achievement in International Growth; Technology Services Project of the Year; Excellence in Talent Development; Multinational Corporation Initiative of the Year and Outstanding Academic Achievement of the Year.
