Martin has over 10 years' experience advising on all aspects of construction law, both contentious and non-contentious. Martin is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, having represented employers, consultants and contractors in mediations, conciliations, adjudications, expert determinations, arbitration and in the Commercial Court. Martin has particular expertise advising on health and safety pertaining to construction and engineering projects, and has represented clients in the defence of HSA prosecutions. Prior to joining the firm, Martin was partner with a specialist property and construction law firm. Martin previously trained and worked in the Construction and Engineering department of a large commercial law firm in Dublin. He also worked as an in-house solicitor with the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) on the residential development and loan sales teams.
