Mainstream Renewable Power Limited

ByrneWallace advised Mainstream Renewable Power Limited, an independent global developer of large-scale wind and solar power plants, on a $50million mezzanine fund facility secured from funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC, a leading global alternative investment manager.
The mezzanine fund facility
will be utilised to partly fund Mainstream's equity investment in the 170MW
Sarco and 129MW Aurora wind farms currently under construction in Chile. These
wind farms are owned by Aela Energia, the Chilean joint venture between Actis
and Mainstream.
