We are delighted to announce that ByrneWallace LLP advised the shareholders of Boojum on its sale to the Azzurri Group, one of the UK’s largest casual dining businesses.

Boojum is a much loved chain of Mexican-inspired burrito bars with locations across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Established in Belfast in 2007, it has grown to become one of Ireland’s most popular casual dining chains with 14 stores. The sale of the business marks another significant milestone in the development of this business.

Congratulations to our valued clients and to the corporate finance team at PWC led by Mark McEnroe.
