ByrneWallace advised the shareholders of Irish data analytics specialist Presidion in relation to its acquisition by Version 1.
Established over 20 years ago, Presidion is a leading provider of advanced analytics solutions and services. They service over 500 accounts and thousands of customers in the UK and Ireland, helping firms make more accurate, evidence-based decisions.
The acquisition is intended to expand Version 1’s digital services practice with Presidion continuing to trade under their name in Ireland and the UK.
