ByrneWallace advised The Renewables Infrastructure Group, a London-listed specialist renewables investment company, in relation to the Irish aspects of the acquisition of a 41.2MW operational wind farm and its 13.8MW extension, which is currently under construction located in Clahane, Co. Kerry for a total consideration of €72million.
