ByrneWallace acted for Endeco Technologies Limited in raising €3.3 million from the ESB Novus Modus Fund.
Endeco Technologies is an Irish company that helps large energy users earn revenue by enabling them to provide services to grid operators as well as optimising their power consumption. Endeco’s other shareholders include Michael Stanley, the AIB Seed Capital Fund, ACT Venture Capital and Enterprise Ireland. Endeco intends to double its workforce following this investment.
