HSS Hire Group

ByrneWallace LLP advised HSS Hire Group, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, in relation to the sale of plant hire business Laois Hire Services to Briggs Equipment Ireland for a cash consideration of approximately €11 million.

Laois Hire Services specialises in the sale and hire of small plant equipment, including excavators, rollers, dumpers and large pumps.  As part of this transaction, HSS entered into a commercial agreement with Briggs for the cross hire of equipment to ensure the broadest possible distribution of, and customer access to, the parties’ existing fleets.
