ByrneWallace acted for i360 medical, which is a spinout company from the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI) in Ireland. i360 aims to tap Ireland’s growing medical device expertise to generate and commercialise healthcare technology solutions and will replace the Centre for Innovation in Surgical Technology (CIST), based within the RCSI since 2008.
