ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have acted for Omba in securing authorisation of the Omba Investments ICAV from the Central Bank of Ireland as an Irish authorised UCITS umbrella.

With three segregated sub-funds following 100% Equity, Moderate, and Thematic strategies, the Omba Investments ICAV promises to provide a compelling proposition to investors across a range of markets, seeking to generate capital appreciation over the medium to long term whilst applying an Total Expense Ratio and associated cost control measures to help protect investor returns. 

The ByrneWallace LLP team was led by our Financial Services team, involved all aspects of establishment, structuring and authorisation; and will assist Omba in increasing its range to investors in Europe, the UK, Africa, and beyond, subject to regulatory clearance.
