ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised Results CX UK Limited in its acquisition of Zevas Communications Limited. Zevas provides B2B sales outsourcing, customer experience, CX and tech support outsourcing solutions in Europe and North America.
ResultsCX is a global Customer Experience Management leader which designs, builds and delivers digitally influenced customer journeys that achieve the satisfaction and loyalty brands need to grow, while improving efficiency and reducing costs.
