ByrneWallace recently advised Sonas Bathrooms in the acquisition of a 20 year lease of a substantial prime industrial facility in Dublin 15. The transaction represented Ireland's largest logistics letting of 2018 comprising a 135,000 sq ft high quality modern facility situated on a 6.45 acre self-contained site.
