ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised Sweepr, a provider of digital care platforms founded by repeat entrepreneur Alan Coleman, on its recent $4 million investment from Telus Ventures and Enterprise Ireland.
The company, which has now secured a total of $13 million in Series A funding, helps communications service providers and device manufacturers to deliver better customer care by using data it collects to orchestrate real-time decisioning and service on multiple digital channels.
The new investment will be used to bring Sweepr's services to new markets, while also scaling its R&D efforts.
