Senior appointment at Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Banking and Finance practice

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is delighted to announce that Donal O’Donovan has joined the firm’s Banking and Finance team as a new Partner. 

Donal has over 16 years’ experience advising domestic and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders and borrowers (corporates and funds) on transactions including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans and debt restructuring. 

Donal also has particular expertise in fund finance including lending into QIAIF and other fund structures, particularly in the context of capital call and NAV facilities.
