Administrative Law
The volume and complexity of administrative law has changed significantly over recent years. We constantly monitor and advise on the changing law applicable to different circumstances. Our administrative law group works with a number of our other specialist areas to ensure comprehensive and seamless service to our clients. We frequently work with colleagues in employment, healthcare services and competition to ensure all aspects of the case are comprehensively dealt with.

Over many years we have advised State and semi-state bodies, Government departments, local authorities and numerous health authorities on a range of issues. These issues can sometimes have a significant publicity dimension to them and we are acutely aware of the additional pressures that this places on the organisation in question. Our administrative law group is highly experienced in handling these complex situations delicately.
We have been involved in some of the most sensitive public tribunals and inquiries in the history of the State including:
- Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital
- Monaghan Hospital
- Dublin Diocesan Commission

- Lindsay Tribunal
- Medical Council Inquiries
