Outsourcing Experience

• Advising the Percana Group (a leading Irish software, outsourcing and consultancy services provider to the global life and pensions industry) in respect of a significant BPO outsourcing arrangement with the Pearl Group (a Top 10 UK Life Assurer);
• Advising Zehnacker Ireland Holdings Limited (an outsourcing services provider) on a variety of outsourcing arrangements and related procurement issues in the Irish healthcare sector;
• Advising Rigney Dolphin, leading provider of call centre and CRM services on its outsourcing arrangements; 
• Advising Sky Handling Services Limited on the outsourcing of equipment maintenance services and transfer of equipment to TCR Group (a leading European provider of turnkey solutions for aviation GSE);
• Advising a number of hospitals and health care facilities in respect of third party service provision arrangements and transfer of undertaking issues relating to a variety of services;
• Advising a leading international insurance-based financial services provider, on transfer of undertaking issues relating to the outsourcing of IT services by its Irish business;
• Advising a global insurance group, on Irish transfer of undertaking issues relating to the disposal of its global non-core investment advisory and asset management business.
