ByrneWallace LLP Technology Team partners on new AI Adoption Acceleration Programme for SMEs

ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to partner with Galvia and Platform94 to launch a new programme designed to make artificial intelligence (AI) accessible to SMEs in all sectors across Ireland. 

Entitled “The Galvia AI Adoption Accelerator Programme”, this 5 week intensive programme aims to simplify AI technologies and help Irish SMEs tap into the potential of their data by offering practical, cost-effective solutions for leveraging AI technology.  

Commencing in January 2025, and hosted at Galway’s innovation hub Platform94, the Programme will be delivered in a hybrid format, including options of virtual sessions and in-person workshops. 

As partners of this Programme, Head of the ByrneWallace LLP Technology Group Victor Timon will deliver a workshop on the legal implications of AI, including: 

• The EU AI Act - what it does and its relevance to SMEs
• Risks - ethics, bias, personal data and IP
• Mitigation –limiting the risks and protecting your business
• Governance  - getting, and keeping the company AI Act ready
