ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised Santiago Capital DAC relating to a recent loan facility to Create Real Estate Limited which was used to acquire a mixed use portfolio in Abbeygate Street, Galway City consisting of retail, office, residential accommodation and two nightclubs.
Santiago Capital DAC are an alternative lender that provide short-term corporate lending solutions to businesses and investors for property acquisition, refinance, equity release, development and bridging finance.
