Helen also has significant experience advising public bodies on their powers and functions, and has advised on several high profile and complex independent reviews.

Commenting on the announcement, ByrneWallace Managing Partner Feargal Brennan said: “We are delighted to appoint Helen to partnership. Helen's appointment reflects the firm's ongoing commitment to investing in and developing outstanding lawyers who deliver excellent service and advice to our clients.”

“Helen is an impressive and effective litigator,” added Jon Legorburu, Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at ByrneWallace. “She is sought after by a wide array of corporate and real estate clients for her advice in dispute resolution.  Helen has particular strengths in managing board room level corporate disputes, and has a leading practice in regulatory investigations.  The department is growing rapidly and her experience in these areas and real estate litigation is much in demand.”
