ByrneWallace appoints new partner to further strengthen its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice

ByrneWallace is pleased to announce the continued expansion of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Helen Gibbons who brings over 18 years’ experience as a commercial and corporate litigator and advisor.

Helen specialises in advising senior management of corporate and public-sector bodies in all areas of litigation and regulatory matters including investigations, judicial review, contract and commercial disputes.  A skilled property litigator, Helen also has extensive experience advising land owners and developers, and draws on her prior experience and knowledge in the areas of corporate and property law to compliment her practice.

Helen also has significant experience advising public bodies on their powers and functions, and has advised on several high profile and complex independent reviews.
