ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised our long standing client AdaptiveMobile Security, a world leader in mobile network security, on its acquisition by Enea, one of the world’s leading suppliers of innovative software for telecommunications and cybersecurity, for an enterprise value of €45million. AdaptiveMobile Security will continue to operate under its current brand as a new business unit within Enea and will continue to be headed by its CEO Brian Collins.
