ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised Ardcairn Capital relating to a development loan facility to Montane Developments which will be utilised to fund the construction of a mixed use development in Walkinstown, Dublin 12 which when completed will consist of 163 new homes, a cafe and a creche.
