ByrneWallace has acted for Patrizia Immoblien GmbH as it continues to expand its Dublin residential portfolio, with the forward purchase of Benson Building for €52.5 million.
Based in the Dublin Docklands, this 11-storey-over-basement apartment building will comprise of 72 homes, including 14 one-bedroom apartments, 43 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments. The anticipated launch date for the apartments in early 2020.
In addition, the building boasts two ground-floor retail units as well as accommodation for a gym. Concierge facilities will also be provided as well as underground parking for 72 cars.
