ByrneWallace advised Irish private equity fund, Renatus Capital Partners, and American aviation specialists, Martello Group, on their acquisition of a stake in Simtech, Ireland’s leading aviation training and flight simulation business.
Simtech is a specialist provider of flight simulation and pilot training services operating out of its state-of-the-art facilities near Dublin Airport and is used by a number of major airlines, including Aer Lingus. Simtech trains pilots from the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The ByrneWallace team included Feargal Brennan (Head of Corporate), Michelle McVeigh (Senior Property Associate) and Robert Desmond (Banking Associate).
