ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have acted for Twinlite in their acquisition of 24 Bolton Street, Dublin 1. The land, in the centre of the north city, has consent for a 90 bedroom hotel which they will begin to construct in early 2025 and marks Twinlite’s expansion into the hotels sector.
