ByrneWallace have advised Twinlite relating to the €90 million development finance facilities that it secured from Bank of Ireland and the Cardinal Capital Group.
Twinlite specialises in the completion of residential developments, and is currently completing and/or in the process of procuring planning permission relating to the development of a number of residential schemes.
The facilities will be primarily utilised by Twinlite to enable it to complete the construction of 372 apartments in the development which, when completed, will be known as the Trinity Collection, Marrsfield Avenue, Clongriffin, Dublin 13. Prior to securing the facilities, Twinlite signed off on a forward sales contract with Tristan Capital Partners relating to the sale of the completed development.
