Ardcairn Capital Funding DAC

ByrneWallace LLP advised Ardcairn Capital Funding DAC in connection with a loan facility to a Borrower, the purpose of which was to fund a social housing development of 58 new apartments in Blessington, County Wicklow. Ardcairn Capital Funding DAC are an alternative lender that offers flexible lending solutions to professional developers who are undertaking residential development projects in Ireland.
The scope of work involved negotiating and agreeing an LMA-style REF development facility agreement and all supporting security documentation, together with reviewing and commenting on the construction documentation, to include all main project contracts, letters of appointment and collateral warranties as well as conducting property due diligence.
