ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised B&C Contractors Group on the sale of 86 apartments in 5 blocks in Dun Óir, Kilternan, Dublin to the Land Development Agency (LDA) for cost rental.
The sale is part of a new scheme launched by the LDA, under the Project Tosaigh initiative, to deliver over 600 new cost rental homes across four locations in Dublin and Kildare providing eligible applicants with the opportunity to secure a new home at rents that are at least 25% lower than market rates.
The ByrneWallace LLP team was led by Property Partner Neil Dunne supported by Aoife Coughlan (Associate) and Niamh Kelly (Legal Executive) from the Property team and Martin Cooney (Partner and Head of Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (ICE) Group) and Andrew McVea (Associate) from the firm’s ICE Group.
