ByrneWallace advised Exeter Ireland Property III Limited, part of the Exeter Property Group, in relation to its acquisition of the Student Accommodation at Cúirt Na Coiribe, Headford Road, Galway for a total consideration of €35million. This transaction was the fifth largest property transaction in Ireland in the first quarter of 2018.
