ByrneWallace advised the LRC Group (LRC) on the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of over 550 properties from Targeted Investment Opportunities ICAV. This brings to over 1,500 the number of residential assets acquired by LRC in Ireland in lot sizes ranging from the tens to the hundreds.
The ByrneWallace team who advised on this transaction was led by property law partner Alison O'Sullivan and included partners Derville White from the ByrneWallace Property Team and Eileen Prendergast from the ByrneWallace Banking & Finance Team.
