ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised the founding shareholders of NRG Panel (Conal O’Reilly and Ollie Hughes) on the investment in NRG by leading private equity fund, Melior Equity Partners.

Founded in 2015, NRG is one of Ireland’s largest suppliers and installers of solar panels and heat pump systems and has doubled in size in each of the last two years.
