ByrneWallace LLP was delighted to advise Red Rock Developments, the property company led by Irish developer Keith Craddock, on a €21 million construction loan facility from Fortwell Capital, a British-based lender to property investors and developers, launching its services in the Irish market.
The ByrneWallace LLP team who advised on the deal included partner Deirdre McBennett and solicitor Michael O’Neill from the Banking & Finance Team, head of Construction Martin Cooney, as well as partner Michelle McVeigh and consultant Sheena Beale from the Property Team.
