ByrneWallace advised Zalando, Europe’s leading online fashion
platform, on its letting of the second,
third, fourth and fifth floors of the redeveloped 2 Windmill Lane scheme.
This is one of the largest office lettings so far in 2020 and it
further cements Zalando’s commitment to the Irish market
following the establishment of their Irish headquarters in 2015, and the
subsequent lease of their flagship premises in 2018.
