ByrneWallace LLP advised Sceptre Hospitality Resources (SHR), a Texas-headquartered hotel tech company, backed by private equity firm Serent Capital, in its acquisition of Avvio Limited, an AI-powered Irish company that provides technology for the international hotel industry.
SHR’s platform helps hotels manage their integrated central reservation (CRS), customer relationship management (CRM) and revenue management (RMS) systems.
A multi-disciplinary ByrneWallace LLP team lead the Irish aspects of this international transaction alongside colleagues in counterpart law firms in the United Kingdom and United States.
