ByrneWallace has provided legal and tax advice to the majority shareholder of leading Irish-based global compliance and online learning firm, Interactive Services, in relation to its acquisition by US-based LRN Corporation.
Interactive Services is a Dublin-based global compliance training partner to some of the largest organisations in the world, including many Fortune 500 companies.
LRN Corporation is a leading US-based ethics, compliance and online learning firm. The combined organisation will help more companies build and implement effective compliance programs by expanding its vast SaaS-based education and technology platform and will increase LRN’s reach around the world.
