ByrneWallace is delighted to have acted in the sale of Ireland’s largest building on behalf of a South African Fund.
The 73,207sq m (788,000sq ft) warehouse, which is Tesco’s distribution centre in Donabate, Co Dublin, was sold to a South Korean investor and represents the largest single-asset logistics transaction to have taken place in the Irish market.
The multi-disciplinary team included Alison O’Sullivan (Real Estate); Anthony Smyth; Daniel Holohan & Kelly Mackey (Corporate); and Mark Kavanagh & Laura Fitzpatrick (Banking).
