ByrneWallace LLP advised Arkema, a French publicly listed, multi-national manufacturer of specialty materials and owner of brands such as Bostik, in connection with the acquisition of Wicklow based manufacturer Arc Building Products through its Irish subsidiary Bostik Industries Limited. Arc specialises in tile adhesives, floor preparation systems, building chemicals and sealing and bonding solutions and the transaction is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2024.
